We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

 

By scheduling an appointment, you are in agreement to the KAILANI HAUS OF ESTHETICS CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

 

Your appointment has been exclusively reserved FOR YOU.

If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact Rosalee Davis at 210-900-3388 within 24 hours of your appointment so that this time slot may be offered to others. If there is no answer, trust that we are with clients. Please text at that time letting us know that you will not be able to make your appointment.

 

By booking YOU AGREE TO OUR KAILANI HAUS OF ESTHETICS CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY.

 

If 24hr notice is not provided KAILANI HAUS OF ESTHETICS holds the right to charge a cancellation fee that equals to 50% of the service total, which will be charged to your card on file. The reason for that is because client failed to cancel within the timeframe allowed to which could have been filled by another client.

 

The cancellation fee of is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. No cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account if you show up to your appointment on time or cancel before the within 24 hours of your appointment time slot. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed.

All appointments booked will receive a reminder 48 hours beforehand via text or email to confirm appointment. Your cooperation is appreciated. Thank you.

There are no refunds on services rendered.

There are no refunds on gift cards or gift certificates and no cash back on unused portions.
