IMPROPER BEHAVIOR POLICY

Raised voices, swearing, physical intimidation, signs of aggression, threats of violence, or libel (written defamation) at a Kailani Haus Of Esthetics studio will not be tolerated.

Solicitation for an Esthetic Technician’s time/services outside of Kailani Haus Of Esthetics is prohibited.

Disrespect to an Esthetic Technician's time, personhood, or profession is not welcome.

Demands on an Esthetic Technician to break Kailani Haus Of Esthetics policies are not allowed.

No video calls, photography, or recording of videos is allowed.

Any unwanted sexual innuendo, propositions, sexual attention, or suggestive comments and gestures; inappropriate humor about sex or gender-specific traits; sexual slurs or derogatory language directed at a Kailani Haus Of Esthetics Technician’s sexuality, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or gender expression; insults and threats based on sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation or gender expression; and other oral, verbal, written or electronic communications of a sexual nature that an individual communicates is unwanted and unwelcome.
INFRACTIONS

Infractions of improper behavior or sexual suggestion will result in a warning from management up to or including immediate termination of current and future services with any Kailani Haus Of Esthetics staff, events, or facilities, possibly resulting in legal action or prosecution.

If terminated as a client, the client will receive refunds of pre-paid services according to our Return Policy, and personal/financial information will be disconnected from our records.
WAXING SERVICE POLICY
Our policy is to keep services safe and functional for both the client and the Esthetic Technician, so it is important to state that we only perform hair removal on a penis and/or scrotum when the penis is flaccid. This is a policy for several reasons, including the safety of our client and our Esthetic Technician.

The increased blood flow, heat, and sensitivity associated with an erection can be detrimental to the integrity of the client’s skin. It is a top priority to have our clients leave their services with beautiful, smooth, healthy skin. Just as we do not perform hair removal on clients who are taking blood thinners, we do not perform hair removal on areas with increased blood flow.

We know that most clients fear getting an erection during an male wax. We can assure you that while erections are natural and occur, they usually don't last after the service has started. If you get an erection, please be assured that our staff are professionals and will not judge or belittle you.

If a client experiences an erection during their service, the Esthetic Technician can continue hair removal on a couple of leg patches or the top of the pubic bone, and their penis should naturally return to a flaccid state. In cases where the erection persists, the hair removal service will end, and the client can rebook for another time when they think they will be better prepared for their service.
